5, 4, 3, 2, 1... Lift off! We wanted to remind everyone that tomorrow is our first ever Rocket Launch Party!
The children have spent the last few weeks learning about forces and building Estes Generic E2X model rockets. You are invited to join us at tomorrow at 2pm behind Sunset Middle School for their maiden launch. Each child will have the opportunity to launch his/her model rocket and celebrate with some astronaut ice cream!
We expect the launch to take about an hour. We will be launching from a field, so wear appropriate footwear and bring a jacket. The weather calls for some early morning showers, but it is expected to be 54 degrees and partially cloudy by launch time.
